Dataken grew out of the network intelligence/big data software segment.

Our Story

Dataken was successful in improving network performance, and decided to take on a bigger challenge – improving human performance.

Traditional corporate approaches relied on managers to know how employees were doing, often with qualitative and anecdotal information.

Most often, managers were unable to take a quantitative approach to performance management, and rarely were able to translate performance into employee performance improvement tactical plans. 

Dataken’s approach was to collect as much data as reasonable, share the insights about their work, focus on helping them improve, inspect what is expected, have fun, and reward, reward, reward.
