Before the scoping call

Five minutes now. A better thirty-minute call.

The scoping call is 30 minutes. Tell us a little about the business first — especially which work earns revenue and which is back office — and we spend the call on your questions instead of ours.

Already booked? This makes the 30 minutes count. Rather just pick a time? Book directly.

1 · You
2 · The business and the team
Count remote/home as one.
3 · Where the revenue is

How is this team’s work paid for?

This matters more than it sounds. If clients pay for the hours your people work, making billed work faster can reduce revenue — so we’d aim at the overhead around it, and at capacity for new business, instead.
4 · Systems and goals

Only name, email and company are required. We use this to prepare for the call and to follow up about it.

You leave the 30-minute call with

  • Which assessment fits — or whether you need one at all
  • The fixed fee, or an indicative fee for enterprise and portfolio programs
  • What could slow the install in your environment — Citrix or VDI, mainframe screens, unmanaged devices, security review, client or portfolio approvals — and how we handle each
  • A measurement plan and a realistic start date, followed by a written scoping summary and draft proposal
